Thumbelina could be able to cross the Ray Palmer/Ryan Choi "Atom" with "Superman" and to be "normal" she can grow to 5 foot 6 inches. But due to the power of "white star matter near her home planet," it shrank her to 3 inches but gave her Superman's normal power set. Her limitation: she needs to shrink to get the powers, and she can shrink even smaller with proportional power magnifications, but needs to remember not to shrink too long.
