Invasion of Lies

On some Doctor Who fan sites I've seen people make up covers for episodes that had no cover art and such. I decided to try my hand at this with a few episodes I ran for the Doctor Who RPG.

"A world forgotten by the Terran empire now survives under the rule of the Daleks. The population enslaved and forced to work in factories and all personal freedom is gone.
The Doctor arrives in the deserted streets after sundown and comes face to face with his old adversary. However, all is not as it seems. Who is behind these Daleks? Why are they "Not Quite" right?"

The truth is the people of the planet are being duped. The image of the Daleks is being used to scare the people into believing their work ensures their survival...The Daleks are copies, made from rumour and vague description. But they are effective enough to force the people to work and bring profit into the hands of Sil the Mentor.
